How Does Kannavis Curbside Work?
Place an order through Weedmaps and come down to the dispensary just like always! Make sure to have a government issued ID and cash (make sure to hit an ATM before you arrive).
Security will direct you in and our staff will get you checked in and taken care of! Please remember there is no medicating allowed on-site, even in your vehicle.
How Do I Place An Order Through Weedmaps?
Go to www.weedmaps.com on a browser (not the app)
Create an account with Weedmaps-Please use your MMCC registered first and last name
Look at our menu and add items to your cart
Wait for a confirmation text or email and then proceed to visit us! (Make sure to have your ID and cash)
Check-in to our curb-side service and we will bring your order out to you!
I Am A New Medical Cannabis Patient, Will You Still See Me?
Absolutely! New patients are always welcome!
Please make sure to bring a valid ID and your certification or MMCC card. You can place an order ahead on Weedmaps if you know what you are looking for or feel free to give us a call for a consultation.
We are also happy to help you curbside to find just what you need.
How Long Will You Hold My Order?
All orders are held for 2 business days.
Example: place an order on Monday and it will be available until the close of business on Wednesday.
What About My Discounts And Loyalty Points?
All discounts and any loyalty points will be added when you check out curb-side.
Does Bad Weather Impact Curbside?
We are here for you rain or shine!
That being said inclement weather is a reality in Maryland, especially during the spring. There may be some cases where we need to close curb-side for the safety of our staff and patients-these closings will be posted on our home page banner, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, as well as on our pre-recorded phone message.
How Do I Know My Order Is Ready For Pickup?
Weedmaps will send three text or emails depending on your preferences during setup. Please wait for the "Your order is ready for pickup!" alert before coming to the store.
It may take us a bit to fill your order, we appreciate your patience and promise it is worth the wait!
What If I Don't Have Access To A Smartphone, Computer or Internet?
We are more than happy to help you curb-side or over the phone!
Our staff is happy to help you find just the right products.
What About The Items I Used To Purchase From The Lobby Of The Store: Kannavis Trading Company?
Our sister company, Kannavis Trading Company, which is located in our lobby space supplies all your glass, hemp-based CBD, and accessory needs and is open for curbside. Just let our staff know that you need to make a purchase from Trading Company (papers, CBD, batteries, dog treats, etc.) and someone will be with you shortly.
These items are also available on our Weedmaps menu-search for "KTC". Trading Company purchases can be made with cash, credit or debit cards.
How Many Loyalty Points Do I Have?
Take a look over your most recent receipt. Up near the top should be a little "Loyalty Points" area that will list the total points you currently have.
Remember every $1 spent = 1 point!
